There are cases that you didn't get payment why it pool shows that it has made the payment. You can try the following solutions in below cases.
- Incorrect address
Please go to the following page to check whether the address is correct. If the address is wrong, please correct it immediately.
- Transaction on the process of being confirmed
1)log in and go to earnings page. Click the address and you will be redirected to blockchain explorer
2) Blockchain explorer page will be as follows and you can see the number of confirmations. Some wallets or exchanges may not display a transaction if it's not confirmed more than a number of times. You just need to wait.
- Not get payment while address is correct and the transactions have been confirmed for enough times
In cases that wallets or exchanges are under maintenance, you may not receive payment in time. Please contact the customer service of wallets or exchanges.
1)Log in and go to earnings page. Click address and then you will be redirected to blockchain explorer and see the transaction hash.
2)You will then see the following page. In this page, you can find transaction hash or sometimes maybe called as transaction ID. Provide this to the customer service of wallets or exchanges and they may help you to solve the problem.
