Dashboard is divided into several parts: hashrate, number of workers, earnings and hashrate curve. Hashrate refers to the number of effective hashrate received by mining pool from miner. Workers can detect the number of online active miners in mining pool. Earnings equal to miner's profits, which can be divided into earnings of today estimate and earnings of yesterday .
Relevant reasons can be illustratued as following:
1. Hashrate is too low because connecting time is too short.
Your miner has not submitted data to mining pool. You could observe hashrate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Incorrect setting.
It is likely that user names in the mining software and Miner Configuration are different, or the spelling of mining pool address is wrong.
Taking BTC as an example, mining addresses of Poolin are:
- stratum+tcp://btc.ss.poolin.com:443
- stratum+tcp://btc.ss.poolin.com:1883
- stratum+tcp://btc.ss.poolin.com:25
How to set Miner Configuration
worker: (sub-account name).rig name
(Take S9 as an example)
3. Miner idling.
It may occur in ASIC miners, which are usually caused by power outage or network fluctuation when miner is working. Miner is actually offline though it seems to be working. Solution: restart the miner again.
Inactive or Dead Status
The latest share in the active miner must be less than 3 minutes from the current time, otherwise it is likely to be inactive.
LSTtime on Miner Configuration must be less than 3 minutes.
Troubleshooting
Contact the mining farm staff and verify.
Network fluctuation
1) Ping network.
2) speedtest.cn to test network speed.
3) Contact the mining farm staff and verify.
